Archibald First School, Gosforth, Newcastle Upone Tyne | Having fun, learning together

On Wednesday 23rd January 2013, the children in Year 4 got the chance top visit the Great North Museum to take part in a “Mummies unwrapped” work shop as part of their Ancient Egypt topic. After a very slippy journey there the children were split into two groups; class 10 were the first to have the workshop and learn all about the art of Ancient Egyptian mummification whilst class 9 had a look around the museum, the classes then swapped.
