Green Team are pleased to launch a very exciting campaign called Just One Tree! This is part of a nationwide campaign to raise money to plant trees in areas around the world that have been severely affected by mass deforestation.
On Friday 15th October all pupils at Archibald are invited to come to school in non-uniform and bring in loose change as a contribution for this cause. For every £1 raised, a tree will be planted in either Madagascar, Haiti, Indonesia, Mozambique, Nepal or Kenya.
Not only will more trees help our fight against global warming but they will also provide vital habitats for animals as well as help local villagers and farmers.
By raising money to plant trees, we will help our children understand the importance of being responsible global citizens and making our planet a much better place to be in the future!

In 2019, Archibald planted 363 new trees – it would be wonderful for us to be able to do this again.
