We had a great competition yesterday with 6 schools entering. It was organised by Grange and the High School kindly let us use their field. There were five races, Year 4 Boys, Year 4 Girls, Year 3 Boys, Year 3 Girls and then a Relay with 5 children. A team of children from our Cross Country team represented us very well.. The relay team came 3rd. Jasmin won third place in the Year 4 Girls. Mr Ward (head teacher of Grange) hopes that one of the other schools will organise the same event next year and therefore hopes this will become an Annual Event. The children were all given a certificate and a goody bag containing a drink, crisps and a snack bar. It was a good afternoon.
