Archibald First School, Gosforth, Newcastle Upone Tyne | Having fun, learning together

Today we had the most exciting visitor in assembly.  His name was David and he was an Olympic torch bearer.  He brought the torch to show us.  It was amazing.  He explained how he had been nominated to be a torch bearer becuase of all his hard work for St Oswalds Hospice.  Teachers chose a child from each class to come and hold the torch.  It was an inspirational visit.
