Friday 28th February – Wear Yellow Day!
A massive thank you goes out to all the children, staff and parents for their contribution to Mini pots of Care Celebration Day on Friday. Everyone wore something yellow whether it was a flower, a scarf or a full on yellow outfit to support the Marie Curie Cancer Care fundraising opportunities.
The children throughout the school spent part of the day decorating their own daffodil pot with a variety of different media and some fantastic creative pots were made. There was a winner per year group for the best decorated pot- which was a very hard decision!
Each child has taken home their pot alongside a donation envelope; these envelopes are for any donations to go to the Marie Curie Cancer Care charity and need to be returned to school by March 26th.
UPDATE!!!! We raised an AMAZING £543.76!!!
