Safeguarding

We take safeguarding children very seriously. All children have the right to be happy and safe.

All of our staff receive regular, face to face training as well as follow up online training as appropriate. Within school we use a system called CPOMS to record any issues and this allows all adults to report concerns which all of our Designated Safeguarding Leaders can see and follow up on as required.

We have an open door policy at Archibald and actively encourage you to use this so that you can speak with us and this will enable us to sign post you to support and guidance from the best possible places. We work in partnership with external agencies including safeguarding, social care, the police, school nursing service and lots more to ensure that pupils are well looked after.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility in our school.
